Vegetable Soup Diet
does the soup diet work?
i’ve researched this soup diet, but i would like to hear someone else’s opinion on it.
i kept bumping into the cabbage soup diet, and was wondering does that only work with cabbage soup or is it all soup like : tomato soup ,chicken vegetable soup etc.
but basically will eating one bowl of normal soup a day, reduce weight quickly as its roughly 100 calories which is a tiny amount compared to the amount you are supposed to eat in one day ?
if you think this will not work could you give me some advice that will work
dont do that. you will harm your body not to mention once you go back to eating our normal way the weight will come right back just go on a normal diet!!
